I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience with Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary Downtown. The level of customer service I encountered was unacceptable and does not reflect the standards I would expect from the Homewood Suites brand. My concerns began when I attempted to modify or cancel my reservation, providing over a month’s notice. Great rooms for business travelers!
Nice room, HORRIBLE breakfast. All the breakfast food was cold. Like “growing bacteria” cold. They served a curry chicken dish for breakfast? And the room is so small there are no tables, I had to take my Apple and cold piece of toast upstairs to my room. Residence inn on 10th is SO much better for roughly the same price. Hard pass on Homewood
