I had an excellent stay at Homewood Suites in Calgary. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. Unlike many hotel breakfasts that offer the same basic options every day, the breakfast here was fresh, varied, and of very good quality. I could get past the very dated rooms but they were so dirty and smelled like Kitty litter. The carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed and the kitchen was gross. The housekeeping service was awful too. The bed was short sheeted one day, blood stained sheets put on the next day, no face cloths provided, no refill on the body wash. Would not stay here again.
I had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary-Airport. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. Hilton Diamond. Rooms are a decent size and bedroom door closes to minimize noise. Housekeeping staff are very good. Breakfast is standard but very good, the staff at breakfast are the best I’ve encountered (I travel a lot). Outside of executive lounges. Overall property is clean and appealing. The location is a bit remote, you can only walk to 1 restaurant (Rail yard brew pub). But very convenient to the airport. Excellent gym. June 3rd at 10:10pm, the reception lady is so inconvenient. She dont care about the costumer’s food to drop off in the reception!
