Reception staff was extremely rude. Her name was sunmee. she was rude.
This place gives you high class feelings for a fair price. The pool's temperature can vary from cool to warm. The hot tub is fantastic. The place is well furnished and the free breakfast is a big draw. No complaints from the 24 hour gym. I'm not a fan of the carpets. If you have issues, the staff will happily make it right. The attached restaurant (the Hangar) lacks atmosphere and service. This rating does not reflect the restaurant. Great place to upgrade an economical trip into a relaxing resort-feeling vacation.
No complaints. Kind of out of the way but highways nearby so not much of an issue. 1.5 hours from sunshine village if you're planning to snowboard/ski.
