I took my partner here to celebtate his Bithday. We were greeted with a very kind and sweet lady by the name of Koleen. Koleen took very good care of us by making sure there was a birthday card in the room, accomodating us with a superior suite, gave us local recomendations, and was so lovely to connect with. My partners birthday was a HUGE success. Thank you Koleen!

I Booked online and paid the total amount. Then it said error in booking, so I Booked it again. After, checking out I found out I was charged TWICE! Expedia, has reached out to management at the Hotel to get my refund for Double payment. Expedia, came back said the HOTEL WOULD NOT REFUND MY DOUBLE CHARGE. UNBELIEVABLE, is this Legal STEALING of customers money??? Because, of Obvious glitch on the hotel or whoever. Doesn't matter the HOTEL HAS ALL THE FUNDS and won't return, the EXTRA PAY they STOLE!!! We’ve stayed at this property for a combined 3 weeks and it is hands down one of our top hotel picks we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. The rooms are always in good shape, the pool is in good condition, the patio area with grills and a fire pit is welcoming, the breakfast is the best complimentary breakfast I’ve had at ANY hotel, and the staff always goes above and beyond. The little things like the movie nights in the lobby and the appetizer might make the stay that much more inviting. Great job everyone!
