Stayed there for 14 nights during a work assignment. The hotel is extremely busy at all times and runs like clockwork, typical Hampton standard. So far so good. However do not expect anything out of the ordinary - the staff always politely answered questions and got me what I wanted, but thats how far as it goes. Stayed 1 night for a concert a. Great all around! Highly recommend esp if you're in Boston for Seaport events.
Overall this is a good hotel! The front desk staff and cleaning crew is very nice and welcoming. Only trouble we had was the valet parking and drop off area had a very tight pinch point that made drop off and pick up difficult at times. Interesting view of the waterways and ships unloading, and close enough to walk to several good restaurants.
Wonderful hotel! Wonderful stay. Clean,quiet rooms. Great location in seaport district close to activities and airport.
