I stay at a lot of hotels and considered myself a bit of a snob when it comes to accommodations. We are here in Boston for the marathon and this stay was perfect. The hotel was BUSY but very clean and the staff was incredible. Every singe person we talked to at the hotel was kind and ready to assist in any way possible. Please do not stay at this hotel! I had very, very high hopes, as this hotel is quite near my client in this area. It would be very convenient for me to stay here when I come to Boston. Unfortunately, the service and attitude of the workers here have made it such an unpleasant stay that I will never come back. I have been here all week. The unpleasant, and sometimes flat out rude, staff has been consistent. After a full weeks stay deciding not to stay here again speaks volumes. We came here for a week night visit to Boston. Our room was on 4 floor we paid for a “water view” If we look sideways out the window, yes we can see water. Our room also had a kitchenette. HUGE mistake to get a room with kitchenette !!! The fridge was SOO LOUD! We had to pull the breaker to shut it off. Bed was also uncomfortable too. Otherwise, the room was clean.
