Room was great, I forgot my hat in the room and was very happy to see the front desk worker sent me a text about it. I asked if they could bill the usps to the room to ship it to me. I was told the third party company that wanted to charge me the same amount the hat cost ($30) to ship the hat to me. There are no other options. We stayed in a suite and have been back multiple times since we have family in the area. Front desk very helpful! The room and kitchen were immaculate. The breakfast was better than other chains, although over holidays they have a more limited menu, which is understandable. Pool was clean and fun for kids. You can tell the management and staff care.

pre tldr: used/dirty towels, stains on bedsheet, bathroom smelled like urine, tv didnt work, unhelpful/unresponsive staff Disappointed that I have to write this review publically. I've stayed at close to a hundred Hiltons over the years (almost exclusively Hilton) and most of them have been great stays.
