Four stars on room. It was fine in general but electrical outlets were sparse. Front desk friendly. Bar on site. If you are in/near Leominster good place to stay. Just outside of per diem.
Stayed at Homewood Suites. Outside area under construction. Staff was great! Shout out to Marlon - my wife is pending a surgery & Marlon went out of his way to get us a room close to the door. Top notch Customer Service!
We stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago. It seemed like an average hotel but our room card wouldn’t work and we had to go back and forth three different times and the halls smelled. We overlooked that until the next morning we woke up to bugs on our nightstand and on the floor. We showed the general manager and she said there was nothing that could be done there and we had to call customer service. They sent us a case number and said they would get back in 1-3 days and it’s been two weeks now.
