Marlon is amazing! He met us at the front door with a smile, made the kiddos day by assigning us a top floor room, and hand delivered ice and a beer bucket to us! He is kind, caring, and passionate about delivering good service. This type of customer service is hard to come by these days. Way to go, Marlon, thank you for making our stay feel so special!
My recent stay with Homewood Suites Boston-Billerica/Bedford/Burlington was NOT one I would recommend. We checked in a used room and were told it was sold out and we could not switch. Someone had laid on top of the bed and you could see their body print and head print in the pillows. We found a used shower and tampon trash in the bin. As anyone looking to check in a hotel cleanliness is extremely important. This experience was disregarded by the staff. No one seemed to care or want to fix the issue. Marlon is phenomenal; friendly, personable, very competent, and extraordinarily pleasant! He is competent and willing to go the extra mile for his guests. He went way out of his way to bring us ice and to ensure that our accommodations met our needs. While service to the customer has become increasingly rare, Marlon obviously did not get the memo.
