The overall impression upon entering is that the hotel is well worn as evidenced by the furniture and carpeting. The positives are that the staff seemed friendly and the free breakfast was OK. However our two bed suite at the back of the hotel had several very significant problems. Most importantly, the room had ROACHES! Rooms were a little older but overall pretty clean. Receptionist named “Twan” was completely incompetent and not helpful in any way. Why management would put this person in a customer engagement environment is beyond me. The GM was great though! One morning they ran out of eggs (30 mins after opening). Waited on silverware for almost 10 mins because none were clean. Shower never really got hot; just luke warm. Han desmejorado mucho el servicio de desayuno y cancelaron el miércoles social, el personal de mantenimiento es muy amable lo que salva un poco, de igual manera fuman mucho en lo exteriores marihuana.

No Hilton standards are met. You have to beg for normal services, the suite was missing amenities, microwave not functioning, cold coffee in lobby....
