I exclusively choose Hilton properties because I’ve always felt they offer a level of cleanliness, service, and consistency that is a step above. Unfortunately, my experience at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Boise was beyond disappointing. When we arrived, our room was clearly not properly cleaned. The bathroom floor had sticky spots and visible hair, and the sheets did not smell fresh—they had a faint smell of men’s deodorant, which made me question whether they had been changed. The pool was great, a little cold but nice size. The hot tub was perfect. I love the size of our room

Hotel is really nice, bed is so so ive slept in better. The housekeeping so far is almost nonexistent. I was told I have ti be put in a list that someone will contact me for that. So far nobody has its been 3 days which is not really a big deal. Saying that I would hope at least one a week but I will update when it happens. The location is great. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Black Bear dinner. Goodwood BBQ, Twin Peaks and many more. A really noce Regal movie theater is also within... read more
