I’ve stayed here multiple times and the staff are very helpful and very friendly, the rooms are very spacious, and it’s in a good location. Will be back

Not only was it wonderful that we could go swimming late because we arrived late but the room was huge. 2 king bed and a sofa bed. When we were leaving for check out, I accidentally dropped an expensive necklace I had just received for my birthday. I called later on, after tearing apart my belongings, to ask if it had been found. They had someone quickly check, no necklace. I called again, still nothing. Great stay! Staff was very accommodating, especially Tony at the front desk. They helped me when I was inconvenienced by travel plans. Not to mention the rooms and amenities are exceptional. I will be staying here again.

I cannot give this place more than one star. As a diamond member, I have stayed in plenty of hilton chains, and this location BY FAR is the most disgusting establishment i have stayed in. Housekeeping is inconsistent in terms of how often they service rooms and how well they service the room. I stayed here for 25 days and several times housekeeping wouldn't change sheets or leave fresh face rags/towels. I literally went 6 days without the room being serviced to the point where i ran out of toilet paper, fresh rags and the sh... read more
