Very nice staff! I really thought the hotel manager Brian was awesome, he was so friendly and he was doing all the jobs! He was at the front desk checking us in I saw him at the breakfast buffet area and he remembered my birthday. Very sweet people. I would definitely revisit this hotel! My only suggestion is to clean the pool. It looked dirty and murky and the fitness center was really small and not much to it, dusty looking.
We came here in an emergency from another hotel ( Townplace Suites, DO NOT STAY there ). Cinnamon, the manager was so accommodating to our party. We were SO happy here, the place is clean. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet and even gave our son a late checkout due to a wedding that we were attending at 4pm.
We had a wonderful experience for the IU/Illinois game weekend! Ben and Trina were incredibly helpful. The breakfast and complimentary mimosas were top notch! I will definitely be back. The room was spotless and the lobby was very welcoming for Family Weekend!
The front desk staff was so sweet and friendly. Greeting us and very kind. Got to the room and in the bathroom by the toilet was a BIG PILE OF BLACK SHIRT CURLY HAIR that was “missed?” By the cleaning crew. I am now a little skeptical about what other filthy stuff is here. 🤢 as soon as I made those awesome front desk ladies aware of the problem they came up and cleaned it so well you can eat off the floor. Customer service here is amazing. Thanks for taking care of it so quickly.
