The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect only 8 minutes away from IU. Trina was friendly and helped us checked into our room. Pet friendly is an extra bonus.
We stayed there for two months straight, thanks for the help, Julie, to make that happen. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was great, thank you Aaron. The front desk was amazing, thank you Sarra, Vanessa, and Trina. You all took great care of us and made it feel like home!
We were in a bind and Trina at Homewood Suites was beyond kind and helpful! She quickly helped us book the room, greeted us with drinks and snacks, and then even called the room a bit after we checked it to make sure we were satisfied. She turned our stressful day around with her calm and kind ways. Thank you Trina! We will be back.
Our experience was more than expected. TRINA was fantastic at the front desk from a warm welcome to a small gift bag for our stay. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was over the top. Everything is clean and well taken care of. The service of the staff is top quality. I wish every service industry had quality people representing their company. Homewood Suites by Hilton is doing a great job!! We will definitely be coming back :-)
