This hotel has the best staff! Specifically front desk ladies Melissa, Teresa, and Cinnamon and housekeeping girl Megan!
Teresa is an absolute gem of a front desk agent. Quick, kind, professional. Everything you need in a front desk agent during an over night business trip!
The staff is amazing especially Teresa! She happily answered all my questions and was the most sweetest person I’ve ever met! Breakfast is delicious. The rooms are gorgeous. You can’t find a better place in Bloomington!
Cannot give enough stars for how great and accommodating the staff was! Breakfast was great and the courtyard was awesome for our Easter Egg hunt. The only thing that wasn’t top knotch was the pool temperature and the jacuzzi not working the first two days. The staff worked on this as soon as we said something and we eventually were able to use both. Would advise calling ahead to make sure both are usable before booking/ before you’re out of cancellation period!
Trina and Rosie were very helpful in finding us a place to swim when the pool at one Bloomington location wasn't open. All around great staff!
