Carpet in the hall was torn. Lots of construction. Things were torn up. Probably won’t stay here again. I asked to have our room made up today and the front desk asked if we could gather our trash and put it in the hall. Not that we’re above that but that’s usually something they do

Just 'ok'. Used to be Homewood was the KING of the Hilton chain. Suite was on the small side. Breakfast selection was limited.

Too much construction dust in room for us to breathe. The overhead ceiling fan didn't work. The shower head for the disabled would not work. It was the only reason for wanting a room with disability gadgets that help those who are disabled. I am.

Pool was closed. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known.. Hallways smell bad. Disappointing this time. Past trips were better. The app didn't work correctly to choose my room and check me in.

I didn't realize it was under renovation when I booked, not that I minded it. But the kitchen area was indicated to be finished during our 2 week stay, but didn't seem close. Work out room, under construction. Pool, under construction. Didn't really see anybody working on anything. The room I had for the first week, drywall tape falling from the living room and bathroom ceilings. No big deal. Two TV's, but only one remote worked. Got batteries at the desk, still didn't work.
