What a beautiful room. So relaxing.
If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would. I'm a Hilton rewards member and decided to book The Hilton all the way back in July as I was part of a wedding block. I received confirmation that I would pay when I arrive. Flash-forward to weekend I had a reservation in Maryland for Friday the 26th- Sunday the 28th. This Homewood is in really great condition. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and everything in great condition. Plenty of parking around the building and convenient highway access. Breakfast not the best ever, but pretty decent for a Homewood. I would stay here again.
Upon arriving we checked in. We went to our room and as soon as we opened the door I knew. The room smelled musty and old. The couch, chair and ottoman in the living area we absolutely disgusting. There were stains all over the furniture. It looked like it was picked up out of the garage can and placed in the room. We proceeded into the next area with the two queen beds. Their managements is horrible and rude, they don’t treat the staff with respect and appreciate for the hard work they do. Do better and find better managements that’s going to put their staff first!
