The only thing I handed a 4 star to is location due to construction buuut other than that this hotel received 5 STARS from me! My family and I stayed there over the weekend. My experience was very good and the service was great I will stay over and over again no complaints at all
Made an error in date booking this hotel, booked for the same date that I was making the reservation, which the website uses that date by default, should have been 1 week later. The mistake was mine, but the hotel refused to make it right or even help me with a partial credit. The reservation was supposed to be for this week, and we were adding a day, but they were not willing to help me at all. We have a business in Beaumont, and have employees stay at this hotel 5 + times a year, but we will find another hotel to do busine... read more
