We travel ALOT and this by far has the most amazing staff i have ever encountered!!!! Kiana at the front desk is the most friendly and professional young lady and as someone that hires ands works in guest service i wish I could take her with me! The room, hallways, elevators, and laundry facilities were all very clean and well maintained and every member of their staff was friendly and good with our kids. Hope to be back this way soon so we can stay again! Thank you!

Very disappointed with our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin. We booked a two-bedroom suite for a family getaway and were really excited, especially for the kids, but the experience has honestly been frustrating from the moment we arrived. The pool — one of the main reasons we chose this hotel — was closed due to chemicals, and we were told it may not even reopen during our stay. This was never disclosed before booking. The staff and coordination team at Homewood Suites was professional and accommodating. My company held a 2-day meeting here and I can say the communication leading up to and during our event was seamless. The event space was in a great location and the size was perfect for our group. I will continue to contact Homewood Suites for future needs.

All new construction, BUT very cheap construction. Wood frame hotels with lots of hard floor surface in the rooms equals NOISE and floor shaking. I am a Hilton Brands fan, but this doesn’t live up to the standard.
