Friendly staff. Beds are a bit hard for my liking but comfortable room layout. Convenient location to I95.
I checked in online as I always do, I then couldn’t get my digital key to work. Andrew at the front desk said it was only my room not working and proceeded to tell me that he “understood my frustration but it wasn’t necessary”. Nice guy. My point still stands, if the key doesn’t work then don’t send it. Most people staying here probably don’t even use them. Dont act like it’s a just me problem unless you check every other key or at least walk yourself to the door if you don’t believe me. I’m sure he did absolutely nothing to... read more
