Broke down on I-95 at midnight a few miles south of Augusta. Tow truck driver called elsewhere with no luck. Homewood checked us in, along with our very tired dog at 1am on a Sunday. The staff was cheerful and welcoming, and gave us a ground floor room just steps from a side door so our 9-year-old frenchie wouldn’t have to walk far to get outside. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was great, and everyone was helpful and accommodating! Great place!

We had forgotten about breakfast hours during the weekday being 6-9. My wife and I plus a few others headed down to the lobby around 9am and the breakfast was already packed up. Bambi was a total life saver when she offered to bring the food back out for us stragglers!

(Relatively)New property, very clean, friendly reception (had no other interaction with other staff). Great location, short pleasant drive to downtown area. For dinner, receptionist recommended "The Liberty Cup", good one! We only spent 1 nite, but I'd come back if we ever come this way again.

above and beyond is an understatement! Im here due to my home being renovated after a pipe burst leaving me without being able to stay in the house. After the STRESS... ABSOLUTE UNNECESSARY INSURANCE STRESS I WENT THROUGH... THIS ABSOLUTE AMAZING HOTEL WELCOMED ME, AND GAVE ME A BIT OF PEACE.....
