Staff was great. Luanne at the front desk especially. The room window treatments were heavy, dirty and partially torn. Need to be changed to a more simplified shade. Luggage carts were unavailable and could not be located. Suggest putting a tracker on them. 1st floor elevator buttons were broken causing delays getting to our room. The overstuffed furniture was dirty and thread bare. I have never stayed in a Hilton property in such such poor condition. Thank goodness for Luanne.
Mold, mold and more mold. We were given a room on the first floor and I am shocked that they even rent out these rooms. They have an absolutely disgusting mold smell and mold is prevalent all through the room and hallways. You can actually smell it when you cross over into the first floor hallway. These rooms are sincerely unsafe for anyone to be using and it is criminal they still rent them out in this condition. We complained and were given a room on the 3rd floor.
