We chose this hotel based on the facts that it had 2 queen beds (not doubles), free parking, a kitchenette and included breakfast. The reviews indicate a 4 or above, and this hotel is more like a 3. Let's start with the pro's... We could find a parking spot easily out front or in the garage below. There was free daily breakfast. Extremely Disappointing Check-In Experience — Would Not Recommend I stayed at this property this past Sunday while traveling on official government business, and the check-in experience was one of the worst I’ve had at a Hilton property. From the outset, the front desk agent was curt and unhelpful. McKenna and her entire team provide outstanding customer service. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel has a great layout, the rooms are consistently spotless, and the rates are very fair. We especially appreciate how accommodating the staff is to the families traveling with U Mich sports teams, they truly make everyone feel welcome and valued. We always enjoy staying here and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you McKenna, and the entire team, for your exceptional hospitality!
Location was pretty good, I was mainly visiting to see friends and visit the University of Michigan campus. Erica was amazing, very conversation friendly and helped a lot before my stay as well. She was a great help and put a nice smile on my face as well. I can’t remember their names, but Monday afternoon there were 2 ladies and they were a big help as well.
