I had a great experience at this hotel. Very clean and very inviting. They had a great breakfast and all the staff was very nice. I had one little incident in the restroom and I was going to the front desk to tell them about it and on my way management was already coming into the bathroom to Fix the issue. Cleanliness is super important to me and this place was spotless and well taken care of.
The Front desk lady,Name Aleah she's very rude and disrespectful plus Unprofessional performances. Why would I continue to staying in more often.
Kayla absolutely made my stay amazing and made me a loyal patron of Homewood suites going forward. Her customer service was pure excellence. She is a consummate professional, kind, efficient, and an asset to this company. My room was beautiful and my stay was perfect. Thank you Kayla for going above and beyond and being the picture of what customer service should be.
