Stayed here for 1 week and it was the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed at. The noise was consistently every night from 9pm-3 and 4 in the morning. Sounded like people were just stomping around all night, loud tv’s until 3 am and staff just explains it away as thin wall. The night staff are complacent and rude. We are checking out and staying somewhere else for the remainder of the work trip. I wish I could give this place a 0 star.

Room was not properly cleaned, I took pics and shared with the front desk, handful of dog hair, unclean refrigerator and dishwasher surfaces. Interior bathroom door was unclean, up close you could see smudges and sprinkled dots ewww! Also the primary comforter on the bed was paper thin lol, usually they’re thick and fluffy, this wasn’t the case at all. 0 stars , GROUPHOME SERVICE, NO HOUSEKEEPING FLALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND $16 A DAY TO PARK Trash goona pile up , you get FRESH stained towels , and they dont refresh sheets they will pull the cover back with a juice and food spill I'll put my soul on that , I had to stand there and tell her girl I need new sheets now they dont speak English $200+ a day HOW MUCH DO I GOT TO SPEND FOR RESPECTFULLY SERVICE Oh yeah dont forget TV go out every 2 days Router need to be reconnected reset

The place is nice overall and feels safe. However, they recently increased the pet fee which seemed a bit excessive to me. And parking was $16 instead of $15, to collect a $1 “fee”, which felt like salt in the wounds. Our shower also had an awful odor but since we checked in late and were leaving first thing we didn’t make a fuss or even use it. The hand soap provided is luxury style liquid soap which is nice.
