I’ve stayed here several times and always had a great experience. The location is absolutely beautiful and the amenities offered are great. But this time around the front desk staff were unbelievably passive-aggressive and condescending. They were dismissive, unfriendly, and act like helping guests is a burden. Stayed here for a work conference. The staff are really friendly and accommodating! The hotel is a bit out of the way of main "attractions" Make sure to order a Uber ahead of time if you wanted to head somewhere. The rooms are nice and big - has a kitchenette and a 'living room' almost like you are at home!

A fantastic stay at this hotel, granted I am a Hilton Diamond member but I give honest fair reviews. Immediately upon entering this hotel I was greeted by a warm fire in the lobby and a helpful smiling face of the front desk clerk (who im sorry to say I forgot her name) We booked 2 rooms and both of them were spotless and clean, the bathrooms were impeccable with great water pressure and super hot water.
