I could not sleep. Hotel needs updating. The beds are lumpy, the pillows old, carpets are icky, the wall A/C extremely loud and right next to the bed. The lady at the front was wonderful. I dont remember her name (brown hair and glasses, and a bit big). I usually dont leave bad reviews, but this one warranted it.
Sunday night @ 8pm The receptionist there was looking for something to be offended by in order to "help" me. "Act confused act confused. Attack! Pass judgement! Pull back pull back - I'm a wounded puppy, I'm a wounded puppy! Blame blame! Act confused, act confused. Attack! Ugh, now I'm offended!" Black hair. Black tooth. Bitter look on face. You cant miss her.
This hotel is in need of major attention. My curtains were ripped and badly stained. The room smells like urine and the bathroom warding. There were barely any utensils in the kitchen and it looked like it was barely clean. Warning, they also charge for parking for an empty lot with no additional security. Don’t waste your money. I’ll pick a different Hilton property nearby next time.
Poor customer service. The room phone didn't work, there was no shower gel. I had to call twice for them to refill the shower gel. The phone was never fixed. Then, I run out of condicioner. When they clean the room, they should check everything is filled up for the next guest. In addition, the carpet was dirty and old.
So not waste your money or time with this hotel. Our family stayed for one night and it was horrible. The room with the king bed rhe AC didn’t work, the bed sheets were itchy, the pillow was plasticy, the room was dirty. The room with the two queen beds was an ice box and if we increased the temperature it would be a sauna. When I booked the room there was no notification that we had to pay for parking, I was told after I paid and checked in. I paid for the one night and they tried to bill my bank account for two.
