Excellent staff, multiple breakfast spots; nooks built for studies and business.
I would be giving 5 stars, however when I got to my room there was only 2 bath towels for 3 people and it looked like it wasn't even cleaned. Hair all over the bathroom and no cups to even have a coffee just some tops oh and only one lousy creamer cup.... need better housekeepers or something! There was also some flower food in the coffee holder like what.. 🤣
A WORD OF WARNING, DO NOT ACCEPT ROOM 113 or any room close to this one on that side of the building. It sits next to staff door where staff members go for their smoke breaks. When the door closes it shakes the whole room. The head of the bed is a few feet from this door and they allow it to slam at all hours. It is particularly bad early morning when I asume breakfast staff are working their shift. Where we were located on the 5th floor they had ripped up carpet in the hallway with plastic down. In the room it is nice a big but the couch was stained. I thought the pool would have been heated but it was cool and hard to get in. It just seemed dirty as well like a green blue ans cloudy. The staff there are very nice, everyone we had interactions with was very friendly. The draw for us was being so close to the mall!
