I had an excellent experience staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton Albany Crossgates Mall, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Albany or Guilderland area. Excellent staff, multiple breakfast spots; nooks built for studies and business.
I would be giving 5 stars, however when I got to my room there was only 2 bath towels for 3 people and it looked like it wasn't even cleaned. Hair all over the bathroom and no cups to even have a coffee just some tops oh and only one lousy creamer cup.... need better housekeepers or something! There was also some flower food in the coffee holder like what.. 🤣
