Amazing hotel, a real home away from home. Awesome rooms. And clean and comfortable. Only disappointing was the cutlery (very little especially for our 2 bedroom suite that sleeps eight easily) and the knives were dull. Beyond dull just blunt piece of steel. Otherwise we are super happy and recommend this hotel to eveyone, especially large families. Update: hotel staff quickly provided more cutlery and dishes and proper knives. Excellent service.
Two hotels share the same parking lot. Both are owned by Hilton. The other has great customer service while this one was horrendous. How is that possible? It's too bad that service ruins what nice suites experiences they have. The breakfast was tasteless. But the rooms were very nice apartment style suites. The pool was outnif service and we were told if we wanted to use the pool, to go across the parking lot to the other Hilton tonise their pool in the hotel I normally stay at. Lol.
