rooms were very clean and comfortable. The platform the mattresses sit on stick out, especially the king mattress platform. To me this is a hazard navigating around the bed, which led to numerous collisions with the shins. This has resulted in some bruising to my husband's shins. At breakfast, small teaspoons for use with cereal and yogurt were not to be found and a staff member had a difficult time finding one. large soup and serving spoons were in abundance.
