Perfect stay, as I was at a conference at the Convention center next store. Great breakfast, clean, large suites.
Room, cleanliness and service were all very good. However, I read the in-room notice stating that two bottles of water were complimentary and additional bottles were $2.50 each. Based on that, I consumed two bottles. I was later charged and told this benefit applies only to Silver members and above, which was not clearly indicated in the room. The amount is small, but transparency matters more than the dollar amount
Great hotel but staff was either rude or familiar in a way that borders impolite. Pool could be heated. Breakfast was awesome. In general, a great hotel.
Continuous 24/7 Highway noise from the 401. They need better sound dampening curtains or something
Facturé 170 dollars pour mes chiens peu importe la durée du séjour est hors de prix, l’hôtel est ok chiens moyennant beaucoup d’argent :)
