I had an amazing experience during my recent stay at Homewood Suites. I want to give a special shoutout to Shah who was exceptional at accommodating our large group - his incredible communication and positive outlook were very appreciated. Another standout was Ruth at breakfast - she was so personable and helpful! Thanks to the incredible staff, our stay felt personal and genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Homewood Suites to friends and family!
I used the online booking service for an early booking the next morning and paid in full. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist looked at me like I was trespassing, Incredibly rude and told me that they do not do early bookings as requested and also refused a refund. This was at 9:15am Monday morning $200.00 for absolutely nothing. No attempt to help solve the issue and I was simply asked to move aside to allow the next customer to walk up. I could not have been more patient as I tried to explain my issue
This is one of my favorite places to go the breakfast can really do with some switching up you really don't wanna eat the same things every day or 2 days consecutively
