You have a nice hotel. But making a guest wait for over an hour at the airport for your shuttle is crap. When you are less then 10 minutes away and we called and ask for an early pick up. Not good customer service!!!
For just the accommodations alone, this place deserves 5 stars. Three separate rooms, perfect for us. But the breakfast could have been a lot better, and if you get there 10 min before breakfast is over, they won't have enough eggs for even a light eater.

Staff was great, food was horrible. At the time of our stay the hotel was just going under construction and the rooms were not up to Hilton standards that we are use to, however the staff was great and friendly. If I were to rate the staff I would rate them at a 5
