The location is about a mile or so outside the busiest part of Ballantyne. Great area, restaurants within walking distance and a good variety. Very clean hotel and the staff was great. I was traveling solo and the area felt very safe. For the picky comments; Did you go thru every inch of the hotel room to find imperfections? I wouldn't have time to find those things at home. It would be exhausting to address every comment about small complaints, Kudos to the person who responds. You are very professional.
