One of the best services I’ve received anywhere in the world - including the ultra premium properties. Homewood at Ballantyne is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in my ~20 years of being on the road. I’ve been staying at the Homewood Suites in Ballantyne for over a year, and Brittany has consistently made my visits more welcoming and enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and a big reason for that was Brithany at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with every question I had.
After a 16hr layover and taking a 45 min Uber from the airport I was exhausted but Emma quickly got me squared away and eased the stress of my travels. She even upgraded me from a two queen to a king bedroom suite as I didn't need two beds! Emma has been really awesome :)
Me and my fiancé travel for work and stay exclusively in Hilton at about 250 days out of the year. I’ve always had great customer service at every other Hilton and even this one has a great customer service except for Lasandra. Went down today to ask for a simple request that every other front desk agent had no problem helping me out with except she got a major attitude and even raised her voice at me and I just think that’s completely unacceptable.
