Our stay at Homewood Ballantyne for 2 nights has been a delightful experience from beginning to end. Interactions with DAZ, ALLY, MICHELLE, and BRITHANY made our visit here stress free and enjoyable. I love the hotel. It was a great experience. Everyone is accommodating. It was great knowing Isabel and Karina☺️❤️. They were very nice. I liked my breakfast.
The entire hotel was very clean and the staff was exceptional - kind, polite and hard working. Brithany at the front desk was A..MAY..ZING. She always had a smile on her face, she always went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and she and the entire front desk made my stay a memorable one. I spent 20 nights at this hotel, and I can honestly say this is the best hotel experience I've ever had. I wish I could stay longer!!
