At the front desk, Emma was very welcoming and provided excellent customer service!
Booked 2 non-smoking rooms last weekend because I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old baby. The minute we got to the room, my 2 year old pulled one of the couch cushions to find 3 lighters under there. I was appalled. They came to clean it, offered us a bottle of wine (we don't drink), then snacks for the kids which I found insulting and didn't take. No mention of the event from management since. Wouldn't recommend staying there. Rooms likely not properly cleaned, and your children might not be safe.
*Exceptional service and a warm atmosphere* The service I received from Brithany was simply excellent. From the moment I checked in, her friendly and professional approach made me feel very well taken care of. She was always available to answer any questions I had. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and quiet and perfect for relaxing. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and the common areas; everything was very well organized.

New rooms, amazingly clean. Presents like a 3.5 star hotel. The breakfast is just regular and the pool is small (closed right now) but the area is perfect and I would definitely stay here again.
