Check-in at 4, but at 5pm my room wasn't ready. Got moved to another room where plugs aren't working and AC is struggling to keep the room cool.
I had a wonderful stay at Homewood by Hilton. The staff were genuinely amazing—kind, quick to help, and very professional. The suite was spotless with a full kitchen, everything in great condition. Special thanks to Angie, who made me feel at home during a tough moving time with my two-year-old. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
Everything was great!
Horrible shuttle service to/from airport. We got an uber after waiting over an hour standing outside. We called to confirm we were standing in the correct spot (we were), hotel staff were extremely rude. We watched the shuttle driver drive past the pick up area twice and were not the only people waiting for this shuttle.
