Spacious rooms. But not the quality I am used to with Hilton chains. Would have rather stayed 30 min away and had better quality for same price.
We stayed a night before a cruise and it was a good choice - convenient location and airport shuttle picked us and others up in 20 minutes. Both the night and morning staff were friendly and very helpful. I especially appreciated Angel E., operations mgr, who went over and above to help me print my forgotten bag tags for the cruise. Overall it was a good choice for our pre-cruise stay.
I was given a room with an obstructed view by my bed.This room cost $248.00 per night. I asked the person on duty why I was not told about the view but she showed no concern. And I didn’t even mention the cold shower water. It would not warm up. My daughter and her family stayed on a different level , this was level 2 and surprise , they woke up to ants in their room!
This was THE worst hotel experience I've ever had. In 60 years. The hallway carpets are disgusting. The desk employees don't answer the phone unless you psycho-call. When they do answer (4th or 5th time trying), they give you the wrong information (on purpose?). I did figure out why she wouldn't answer the phone when I finally got there after waiting over an hour for an airport shuttle. She was on the phone (personal phone call ON HER CELL) the entire time I was downstairs waiting on food that I ordered. It was over an hour.... read more
I am extremely disappointed at the shuttle. I picked this hotel since they claim they provide 24hr shuttle. My flight arrive at 1am, I called and waited at their designated location for more than 40 min,. No shuttle at all. I end up taking a uber myself. The hotel simply stop answering my calls after my second call about when the shuttle is coming. Very rude and irresponsible. If you don’t provide shuttle just say it on the website.
