Attention corporate office I checked into this hotel on June 30 and checked out July 7. The first day I checked in the room I was given was not clean toilet was broken. The phone was broken and the next morning I got up to take a shower that was broken as well went down to the front desk to file a complaint the young lady who was very rude and nasty to me was no help after begging on my knees. Update: per your recommendation, I called the number listed at least three times and was instructed to send an email. I have not gotten any response. Original: We booked 4 rooms and were put on 4 different floors. When booking the website indicated free parking and a free shuttle to the cruise. Once here, we were charged $10 per car to park and the shuttle service to the cruise terminal had at least a $40 fee as well. One of the rooms, the toilet broke.
