Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They a caring staff and were always happy to help me. Answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. They are extremely reliable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I had a great experience.
This practice is one of the wrst experiences I have had. It appears to me that much of the office is in disrepair. patient privacy is low as I believe I overheard conversations from neighboring exam rooms. In my opinion, the office staff (office manager) is one of the least client oriented group of people I have ever met. Rude, impatient and condescending. I thought it would get better but after 3 years I give up.
