I am sure that no one will live here in the near future. The reason for this is the unreasonable increase in prices. The price stated in the contract is only until you move in and start living, and after that you start paying additional fees. The managers are very rude and indecent. Especially the young man who recently moved in.
The new management is extremely disappointing. The previous JIM team management was far better. Since the change, everything has gone downhill. The current management is arrogant and unprofessional. They do not complete work on time, yet they have increased rent and added extra charges for almost everything. Despite higher prices, the quality of service is terrible. The new administration lacks to manage the building in a professional manner You pay a fee for parking, waste and the Internet. You are forced to pay it. Finally, they added water and sanitation, although they are not in the contract. I will leave as soon as possible.
Poor management. I have called the office in working hours many times to mention the internet issue. No one is picking it up in working hours.
