Leesa (Maintenance) has great communication and responds in a timely manner to requests. She is the best, you can tell she takes her work very seriously and I think that is great, when I put orders in she made sure that they were done and done well she will explain what is being done and get it done!
The current Property Manor is the best one yet! He is friendly, professional and listens to your concerns and acts on them. He works with us and not against us. Hope he never leaves!
I’ve been living here since 2023 and enjoyed Jim and his management team but I’ve also have enjoyed Terrance and Leesa. I think they make a great team and are doing everything they can to get things addressed and fixed with the resources they have. No management is perfect but I do think the two are putting their best foot and attitude forward to fix issues that had bandaids put on them over the years and get things up to par and do their best to deal with people who don’t want to or won’t cooperate with community rules and ... read more
