Poor management. I have called the office in working hours many times to mention the internet issue. No one is picking it up in working hours.
Stephanie and Mari are great, they have handled things so well and couldn't be happier. Lived here for 4 years now and they do great
The managers are incompetent and do not know how to deal with people, they look at people with a cold face, their words are clearly nationalistic. Bring back the previous managers, everything was fine with them and they would solve any problem on the spot. With the new managers, problems here remain unresolved for weeks. You can't call the emergency number.
The new management charges fees on everything it’s not the same place as it used to be. You could barely do anything there now you have to throw your trash away in one big dumpster because they Took out the other dumpsters, and now there’s bugs in the apartments because of the trash is being in the hallway you’re paying too much money and you don’t even have Anywhere to do your laundry and everything is online Definitely choosing another place
Archstone Capital bought this property, and stated they acquired a garden-like property in their media outlet. Archstone Residential (their property management group) tore the grounds up and left it to look awful. They decided to have trash picked up in the air-tight, carpeted hallways (smells and a fire hazard). Have had multiple residents without water for days and said go to a hotel and for residents to take the funds from their renters insurance (even if your air goes out too).
