ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I don’t usually write reviews or share personal matters. However, I felt the need to write this so no other person in need experiences what I am feeling right now. Alla Yasnogorodska, whom I was paired with today for counseling, is not only unprofessional but severely rude and highly unwelcoming. The counselor jumped to criticizing me 3 times in my own personal life experience, and then twice more in our experience talking together. How she thinks that criticizing callers based on her 'personal opinion' and assumptions is an appropriate or adequate form of counseling makes me question where she got her training from. I saw Misha and she was extremely welcoming and understanding of my story. I thought psychiatrists were a waste of time but somehow she knew exactly what my problems were.
