I can't even get though to someone I have been calling for a week straight and no one can answer a phone.
Geraldine Denty did my assessment after I failed a preaccess test for 24 ng/ml THC. After the assessment the letter forward was that I was Severe and needed rehab. I go months without alcohol or vaping THC(I quit instantly after I failed this basically zero tolerance test). Ridiculously poor service, everyone I talked to gave me conflicting information. I was told I would hear back from them within a certain time period and nobody reached out. After weeks of back and forth someone contacted me and told me they couldn’t help me, which directly contradicted what everyone else I had talked to previously had said. Let this and their other negative reviews serve as a warning- steer clear of this place unless you want more stress in your life and enjoy having your time wasted.
