Geraldine Denty did my assessment after I failed a preaccess test for 24 ng/ml THC. After the assessment the letter forward was that I was Severe and needed rehab. I go months without alcohol or vaping THC(I quit instantly after I failed this basically zero tolerance test). Ridiculously poor service, everyone I talked to gave me conflicting information. I was told I would hear back from them within a certain time period and nobody reached out. After weeks of back and forth someone contacted me and told me they couldn’t help me, which directly contradicted what everyone else I had talked to previously had said. Let this and their other negative reviews serve as a warning- steer clear of this place unless you want more stress in your life and enjoy having your time wasted.
My chat therapist just stopped replying. I am struggling to make it through the days. Let us choose our own therapists and reimburse a certain number of sessions so we get treatment from someone we connect with that values our mental health. Not everyone who desperately needs therapy can afford the $200 an hour price tag or can survive poor quality counseling
Called to book an appointment. Staff members put my name down and said the therapist would call back to confirm the date and time. Never heard back, never received a call. Very poor communication.
