BEST DENTIST AND STAFF EVER!! I had tooth break Saturday night and called office to get an 8AM Monday morning appt! Took me immediately back and had a mess in my mouth! But Dr. Peters is ALWAYS so gentle, calming where you’re completely relaxed!! I have such anxiety over dental issues but this office is the BEST group of professionals and the anxiety is gone! I felt no pain during procedure nor now hours later after feeling has returned! Tylenol has been all I’ve needed! I’ll go back for permanent crown in a couple of weeks!... read more
I moved to Alabama 7 years ago and tried a lot of different dentist. I recently saw a new dentist, Dr. Peters, and it was great experience. He’s professional,funny, thorough, and has a calm, reassuring manner that makes appointments a lot less stressful. His hygienist, Coleen, is also fantastic—gentle, friendly, and very attentive during cleanings. The whole visit felt comfortable and well-organized. Definitely glad I made the switch!
After scheduling my travel schedule around an new patient appt that was made approx 6 months out, this office called the day before the appointment, to ask me to change times (which would require additional time out of work) to accommodate them. I did not return the message as it was not possible. Made me feel at ease even though I am terrified of the dentist. Staff always has a smile. Great Place
Before I left I asked the secretary what my balance would be after presenting her with my insurance information. They “checked” my insurance information to see what I’d owe after insurance paid what they did. And they told me I was only required to pay about 70$ for my visit and that insurance covered the rest. So I paid my 70$ bill and went about my business. A few weeks later I get a bill in the mail for about 120$.
