DONT MOVE THERE AT ALL!!! RUN!!!! I lived there for two years and didn't bother no one stayed out the way trying to raise my child... On the weekends you'll hear all thru the night yelling and running, partying.... It's 4 floors and it gotta be over 50 apartments and it's one garbage for the whole building and it smells so bad you can't enjoy being outside.... And the BBQ pit is right next to the garage can.... Mrs. Jen the manager has did her best by making sure the property looking a little better . She makes sure things get done around here and that’s exactly what the property needs after it’s been neglected for so long …thank u Mrs. Jen !

Quiet for the most part . Maintenance isn’t bad and the prices are very reasonable.
