Steer clear of this inspector. Very poor business ethics. He will not fix anything he breaks during the inspection. He broke our water heater during the inspection. He put a cap over the broken drain valve which didn't fix it. It continually drips. He feels that he has no responsibility to fix it correctly. His excuse is that it broke during normal operation. We moved here from Michigan where people take responsibility and fix things they break. His resolve was to send a small amount of money so you can fix what he broke. We... read more
