I have rarely if at all posted a review on and individual or the company she represent, but once in a while, somebody goes above and beyond the norm and I was compelled to do so....this is a shout out to AILLEY a plumber from Homewise Plumbing in Sooke B.C. She was absolutely. amazing, so nice, knowledgeable and expedient in what she did! Dave went out of his way to help me over the phone step by step with a blocked drain. And on a Holiday no less. Incredible customer service and will be using Homewise for my future plumbing needs without hesitation!

These guys were very pleasant and good-natured team, who also proved to be highly efficient and competent in getting our very serious and complex plumbing issue, resolved! Their rates are quite competitive too! When I posted about our experience on social media, many other families agreed with us that they got excellent service from Dave and his team at Homewise!

Dawn installed a new gas stove in my downstairs suite. There were a number of issues with accessing the interior for the propane conversion. Thankfully, she is small and could crawl inside the oven to remove necessary screws. She maintained her sense of humour and was very professional. Would definitely recommend the company again. This is the second time that we have used their services and have been very happy with their services, from the office staff to the trades people.

One month into my business in Sooke, I had been experiencing tremendous inconvenience due to a problem with the pipe. I called in a hurry that morning at HomeWise Plumbing & Drainage, plumber would be come in the afternoon that same day, and she was on time. It was amazing to me. Her name was Ailley, and she was really professional. She was kind to help me, and she was quick to solve the problem. She also explained the problem kindly. I'm really happy with the service.
