My late stepfather had entered hospice care in May 2026, at home with HomeWell providing 24/7 care. I was impressed. A rep named Kymberly had come over and sat down with us and opened up the claim with his LTC insurance company, on the phone; all we had to do was sit and listen and verify a little bit of info. She was a total pro. (Edit 7/2026: She's not there anymore, sadly, but STILL responded to a quick quesiton I had!) The caregivers I met were lovely. We had an urgent need for 24/7 care of a family member. We were connected with HomeWell and Ashley. She & her scheduler, Jamie, were a godsend! We got terrific caregivers, especially Mrs. Sheena and Nessie! Give them a call if you need services! They are all very professional! 5 star service!

I’m real, this is real, etc. Based at this early stage, during which my stepfather has recently entered hospice care at home with HomeWell providing 24/7 care, I’m very impressed.
