I’m real, this is real, etc. Based at this early stage, during which my stepfather has recently entered hospice care at home with HomeWell providing 24/7 care, I’m very impressed. A rep named Kymberly over and sat down with us and opened up the claim with his LTC insurance company; all we had to do was sit and listen and verify a little bit of info. She’s a total pro.
