We had to pivot on a dime concerning care for my parents. I was made aware of the situation on a Thursday and the owner came out to the house on Saturday. A care plan was initiated quickly and care started the following week. Without homewell I am unsure what I would have done. Johnathan was reassuring, he spent time with my parents and myself. He listened as I explained our situation. I do not trust easy but it was easy to believe in homewell.
Management is top notch. They offer an app where you can get real time updates about the care of your LO. Also after the end of their shift you have access to a shift report written by the caregiver. They will run errands, doctors appointments, whatever your LO needs.
The owners of HomeWell Care are very attentive and explain everything in full details to their elderly patients. We had a wonderful experience working with George and Kyra during the time we needed a little help transitioning mom from rehab back home. Both were very professional and we appreciated George’s knowledge about safe diapering techniques and safe lifting for both caregiver and patient.
