Our decision to use HomeWell Services was one of the best we made while caring for my Mom. We had the typical reservations about bringing outside help into our home but Eric and his staff listened to our needs and concerns and sent us an “Angel” named Netty, to provide night time care for my 96 year old Mom. A much needed respite! The two connected like they were ‘school chums’ and the level of compassion and care was something that we all really needed.
I’m so thankful to have found this company. Especially Natalie! I was in a crunch to find extra aid for my Uncle and was struggling to find help. I tried once more to try to find an aid in my Uncles area and 5 minutes later, miraculously, my phone rang and it was Natalie. All of the other companies had told me it would take a week or two to even go assess. Natalie had a busy load of work but truly wanted to help so she got the permission to fit us in her schedule. I’m so grateful for HomeWell Care Services. I was thrust into finding a healthcare worker for my parents and their complex schedule. They worked diligently and fulfilled our needs. HomeWell has been an absolute blessing. Laura and Erynn have been taking of my parents from day one as if they have been with them for a year. I can’t thank them enough for all that they do!
