We had a great experience with this company. All the aides were exceptional and caring. The owner has been very accommodating and sensitive. We recommend this company and their caring employees.
My mother-in-law was a client of his and we had to stop services. HomeWell Care Services is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC; they set a high bar for in-home care. I contacted them to coordinate senior care support for someone traveling to Boston from the west coast. Danny was great in helping to guide the process. Linda who was the caregiver is also the case manager and RN. She and I bonded over conversations about caring for senior clients. Over a year ago, my wife and I realized that we needed to find homecare for my wife who is fighting Parkinson's Disease. After a search and interviews with several agencies, we were fortunate in deciding on HomeWell Care Services. HomeWell was able to send us a carer who has been with us up to 24 hours each week. The carer, who I'll call "Jane", is a young, physically strong, and intelligent woman. She is respectful of my wife who is cognitively intact despite her illness.
