I found Homewell through A Place for Mom. I chose them out of a list of 5-7 companies. Arizette is the owner and she is professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Her office administrator, Diamond, was also helpful and pleasant to work with. Ari took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and compassion. She was flexible and responsive when we needed to change the hours and level of care for my Mother-in-Law. A very kind and supportive company— although a bit pricey! Long term care is considering a claim I submitted early April. We’ll see how that goes! Their staff is always courteous and helpful! Their caretakers/companions are very kind, but supportive, and accommodating
