A very kind and supportive company— although a bit pricey! Long term care is considering a claim I submitted early April. We’ll see how that goes! Their staff is always courteous and helpful! Their caretakers/companions are very kind, but supportive, and accommodating

We have used the service of Homewell Care since November of 2024 when our Mom fell and fractured her back. My brother and I were taking care of my Mom, but we needed help. After calling them they sent a nurse to the house the same day to access her physical and mental health. Within a day they had a caregiver available to move in to stay with her 24 hours a day! We have had such a good experience with the care worker we hired to help Mom. She speaks loud enough that Mom can hear her. She makes interesting meals and snacks daily, to encourage Mom to eat. They take walks outside, play dominoes, and she can take Mom to and from the store. This has been so wonderful.

I really enjoy working with this agency because the Managers Ari, Zandy and Diamond are down to earth but are also professional, understanding and is willing to help to you in the time of need.
