I have been looking for this type of service for years. FINALLY!!! It is not a house sitting service, but it is a service that checks on your property while you are away. This is important to me, especially after a storm. I already had security, cleaning and video services, but those cannot check to see if something is broken, leaking or damaged. We couldn’t enjoy our new beach house in SPB without the services of Homewatchguru. Even after the hurricane Irma we got immediately a report and photos which was a great relief. Barbara and Heinrich offer a very reliable and professional service, always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
We are currently spending half our time in Florida. We purchased a home a year ago and we were looking for a service that would monitor our home when we are away. I cannot begin to say how completely satisfied we are with their service. They come to our home twice a month and provide a very thorough and detailed analysis of the home. After the hurricane I had issues with my commercial property. Homewatchguru took care of it. First they visited the property and reported with an exact overview of the problems and damage plus recommendations how to tackle the issues. They helped me initiate removal of a sunken and abandoned boat and a car and they organize and survey repair works. They are very reliable and always keep me informed on what’s going on.
