Stay away from this agency; uncaring, rude people,. especially Ileana. I have asked to speak to owner and she won't give the message. Left my husband, who has ALS, without care today. She never called. Then lied about it and told me it was my responsibility. The owner should fire her. I have had other contacts with her and she is miserable. Even the aides don't like her.
