Homewatch caregivers of San Antonio started out well with quality, consistent caregivers. However, over time, we experienced poor communication, lack of customer orientation, regular turnover of care, inadequate onboarding of new staff, ineffective scheduling coordination and a lot of frustration. The Quality of the caregivers working with my mom and dad was outstanding. The owner to the office staff and aids are helpful, trained, knowledgeable, willing to help and accommodate my mother's needs. They eased the burden of navigating a difficult time.
