Poor communication with higher up people.i walked into office to meet Stacey as a client all she did was pop her head out the door say hi I’m Stacey she had no clue of who I was! They pick and choose favorite clients. They do not keep all clients best interest at all. Angie and Colleen are probably the best office works I have met they went above and beyond for my mother.
Office is very disrespectful and yells at the clients! The caregivers are what makes the company! Stacey is nice but really does not know how to run and handle a business. Hr is a rude and disrespectful human being. The caregivers should get raises they are putting in all the work while the offfice staff has no clue. If it wasn’t for caregivers they wouldn’t make it.. The caregiver they sent to work with my father was wonderful if it wasn’t for her I would have dropped this company along time ago!
WOW ...Let me introduce ✨️Kelsey✨️ for HomeWatch, she is one of many caregivers that was assigned to me! The intake process was so easy! The care they provide is affordable! I am a mother of 3 and I broke my leg this past winter, I did not know where to turn and I am so glad I turned to homewatch for help! Cindy H. is an absolute professional. She isn’t just someone who helps us. She has become part of the family. She always goes above and beyond.
