Homewatch Caregivers goes above and beyond to provide both recreational and educational services to our residents, staff, families and caregivers. They truly value their relationships with people and go above and beyond to stand out in their industry!
I would not recommend this home health agency. The caregivers themselves are wonderful, compassionate, and work hard to provide quality care to their clients. Unfortunately, the office staff is a completely different story. The HR department is rude, unprofessional, and seems to have little concern for the clients or their families. Communication is extremely poor, and it is nearly impossible to get in contact with the office or the owner when issues arise. Homewatch has been taking care of my dad now for 5 months they have done an excellent job !!!! Jessica the care manger always helps me with any questions I have about dad care !! And Vaughntiuna is my full time caregiver for my dad and she has been absolutely fantastic she is like a family member to us thank you Homewatch for your help with my dad
Homewatch Caregivers is the very best!! My caregiver Tara,is an excellent example of what a caregiver should be. She’s a hard worker and anticipates my needs.she cooks and she cleans and is a great companion!
I wish I had found Home Watch sooner!!! I have used their care givers with my husband at home and while in memory care. Their Care givers are well trained and engaging (taking walks, playing games). I have learned a lot about dementia from Colleen who is a PAC certified trainer and coach. Gold standard in dementia care, highly recommended!!!
