Horrible management. Can't get a hold of even in an emergency. As a former caregiver. I contacted about a sick patient. Was told he always had breathing problems, yet I knew him (he is nonverbal) he stopped breathing the following week and went to the ER. Could not get management on phone when a mother was suicidal... find another provider! They provide little to no training but I loved my clients... just couldn't deal with such lack.of care from management.
We can't even count the amount of times that they haven't shown up to do their job, and left my quadriplegic mom alone in bed to fend for herself. And when she calls to see where they are she gets sent to voice-mail with no response... it is unconscionable for a company in charge of caring for the sick and handicap to show so little care. If I could five 0 stars I would.
Homewatch caregivers. I have to say these are the best caregivers so far they are so nice and friendly people to!! You will not get better care like these guy do!!!!
