The quality of a home health agency is measured by more than the caregivers it sends into a home. It is also measured by the professionalism, reliability, and accountability of the people responsible for coordinating that care. Unfortunately, this agency has repeatedly fallen short in those areas. We received personal attention from everyone who answers the phone right up to the owner, who came out to my mom's home to meet us face to face when we got started and personally helped find solutions when we needed more help. I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of service we received. And all that came with more flexibility and fewer restrictions & minimums than the other places I researched. Big thumbs up and highly recommend.
Professional care and administrative support! My family feels confident having them care for our 90 year old father. Highly recommend.
