Managment needs alot of improvement, need better hiring , appreciate their workers . Management should talk to clients about the service they are recieving... The upper management ..staff are not happy and most clients are not ...People from SLc should come call and find out problems they have here ..
They are very helpful and more than happy to help you with whatever you need. They are very friendly and polite.
