What an efficient, responsive, compassionate, and professional team. They were so knowledgeable and were able to answer so many of our questions about hourly care , respite care, and long term care insurance. Sadly, our loved one passed away after only one day with her caregiver. She was so excited about meeting her “new friend” and was looking forward to teaching her some card games! Homewatch was very accommodating with short notice and provided what I needed as I progressed after knee replacement surgery.
Home watch has been wonderful. Both Sharon (owner) & Mary (scheduler) have gone out of their way to work with my mother in law. She has dementia and can be difficult. They matched her up with a carer named Peace who is an angel. I would highly recommend them.
We are pleased with the service Homewatch CareGivers provides. Mary does an excellent job scheduling caregivers on a regular basis, as well as when needed at other times. Betty currently assists my brother with his needs. She is truly a kind, compassionate, and dependable individual. We genuinely appreciate the care Betty provides.
