I am so pleased with the services of Homewatch! I typically never write reviews, but Homewatch goes above and beyond in their care for my mother. The owner, Brad, purposely is highly selective in his hiring of his staff. His staff is mature, has high integrity, extremely professional with positive attitudes. My family has worked with 4 other nursing aide companies prior to finding Homewatch and we have struggled with constant issues. My 91 year old Mother was in need of help after an emergency TAVR procedure. As her daughter, flying in from Idaho, I was rather frantic, worrying about her care and for my Dad who is 92. I called and interviewed 2 agencies, one being Home Watch. I was so impressed with Brad's quick response to come the next day with a great informative visit. He and his brother came to the home every night until all of the caregivers were formally introduced. The ladies were all well liked by my Mom. I would highly recommend this agency.

The people at HWCG are exactly the kind of people you want looking after your loved ones. They are reliable, conscientious and above all patient and kind. They cared for my grandmother for nearly a year and it took such a load off of our family. They accommodated changing needs and schedules and were excellent about communicating with us. They treated my grandmother with care and respect during a difficult time. There's not much more you can ask for than that.

We have been very pleased with the care provided by Homewatch Caregivers (Sharon Road-Glendale) and have personally experienced the passion AND compassion this agency brings into our home through their well-chosen and well-matched service providers. Both the service staff and the administrative staff have become part of our extended family. We recommend them without hesitation.

Brad and Wes are incredible people. As an older single, they have been there many times for me to help with medical procedures and transportation. They and the other caregivers they employ make you feel comfortable and leave you feeling you are in the best hands. It lets you relax so you can deal with what you need to do. I thank them and their employees for the many times they have been there for me. They are more like great friends rather than caregivers.
