If you're looking for a caregiver in Northeastern Pennsylvania, avoid this place at all costs. They do not treat clients with dignity or respect. The amount of stress they put on their clients by not following up, deciding last minute of someone gets over time care at a moment's notice, and having one person making all the decisions is a disgrace. This place is not worth the nightmare that comes along with it. STAY AWAY!
Stay away! On the very first day they were to care for my 97 year old father they did not show up! HOW can people who rely on caregivers feel secure with this group! When a call was made to Tonya she never returned my call or my sister's call. This organization talks the talk but does not walk the walk!!
Hires caregivers that do not know what they are doing. No coverage for weeks then they hire someone and that person lasts 2 days then no coverage for weeks again.
