Don’t use this company. They made us pay for a final survey even though I had a final survey that I sent them. They said they needed an updated survey. They cheated us out of almost $400 for that. They never refunded us money for not painting the outside of home. That was nearly $1,000. We told them they would have to go through the ARC committee here in our community and would take up to 45 days for approval. If that wasn’t bad enough.
