The Landlord Tenant relationship definitely needs improvement, when it comes to communication. Emails and phone calls went unanswered for several days at times. If the property you like is with them, AVOID at all costs!
I put in an application about 4 weeks ago with my daughter have not gotten an update,1st the application was pending for my daughter than, I received a email letting me know that they were waiting on her application after they told me it was pending. Have called emailed everything and still after that last email 2 weeks ago have not received anything!!!!!!
It’s been amazing working with the Homeward team! Everyone is so professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They truly go above and beyond for both residents and owners — couldn’t ask for a better company to work with!
