This company is very unprofessional. I graduated from here and was forced to argue with Homeward Education Association for weeks in order to get my transcripts sent to my college correctly. My education was treated as an inconvenience.

I spent three days emailing, and left a phone message, for this organization to find out if they had received my application. After no response to any communication, I sent an email to let them know I was going with a different organization. MIRACULOUSLY my "no longer interested" email was answered within 2 hours of being sent. Of course, suddenly everything had already been processed and I have been charged the non-refundable fee.
